Our Estimate Process
Initial Phone Call - Let’s chat about your project. I’ll ask some specific questions and ask for you to take some pictures.
Second Phone Call - I will review the info we talked about and the pictures you send. I will give you a “ball park” estimate over the phone. This is going to be a starting number just to get the conversation started to see if our company is going to be a good fit for you.
Initial Walk Through - If the initial estimate works, I will then schedule a time to come take measurements and walk through options with your project.
Preliminary Proposal - I will put together an itemized estimate that covers the cost of every aspect of the project completely free of charge. This is a great time to ask clarifying questions and make adjustments to the project.
Formal Proposal - At this point in the process we know the exact scope and scale of the project. I will give you the final costs and the timeline. We will both sign the contract, I will receive the deposit (10% of the project), and I will get you on the schedule.
